Kache Nariyal Ki Chutney
About 25 years ago we used to live in Dibiyapur, Uttar Pradesh. At the time we used to have a mixer grinder at home, and our neighbors would come over every once in a while to use it. I came up with this recipe taking inspiration from all the recipes our Neighbors made using our grinder. I hope you will enjoy this incredibly simple yet delicious coconut chutney.

Train Chutney
Almost two decades ago, I used to travel with my kids from the northern to the southern part of India and it would be a 2-3 day journey via train.
