Kache Nariyal Ki Chutney
About 25 years ago we used to live in Dibiyapur, Uttar Pradesh. At the time we used to have a mixer grinder at home, and our neighbors would come over every once in a while to use it. I came up with this recipe taking inspiration from all the recipes our Neighbors made using our grinder. I hope you will enjoy this incredibly simple yet delicious coconut chutney.

Takkali Thokku
We moved to Hyderabad in 2003 and this recipe was shared to me by our neighbor and my first friend there - Kausalya (Kausi). We have been best friends ever since :). We are very excited to share this next recipe with all of you which is Takkali Thokku - loosely translated to tomato pickle. My kids love this recipe and I make it for them at least once a month.
